場所は東京大学医科学研究所（白金）内。
The location is Institute of Medical Science, University of Tokyo (Shirokane).

地域の方々や学生、親子連れなど、幅広いお客様に親しまれているカフェです。
This cafe is popular with a wide range of customers, including local residents, students, and families with children.

募集内容
Recruitment details

キッチン・サービス全般を担当するスタッフを募集します。
We are looking for staff to be in charge of general kitchen service.

仕込み、調理、洗い場、ドリンク、接客など、
Preparation, cooking, washing area, drinks, customer service, etc.

カフェの運営に関わる幅広い仕事に携わっていただきます。
You will be involved in a wide range of tasks related to the operation of the cafe.

まずは本店「ape cucina naturale（駒場）」で研修を行い、
First, we conducted training at the main store “ape cucina naturale” (Komaba),

アーペの理念や味、盛り付けの基本を学んでいただきます。
You will learn the basics of Ape's philosophy, taste, and presentation.

（パスタ／デリ／ドリンク／デザートなど）
(Pasta/Deli/Drinks/Desserts, etc.)

研修後は、白金店の中心メンバーとしてお店を支えていただきます。
After the training, you will support the store as a core member of the Shirokane store.

経験や希望に応じて、メニュー提案や店舗運営にも関わるチャンスがあります。
Depending on your experience and desires, you may have the opportunity to be involved in menu proposals and store management.
