応募資格	• 客足が多くハイペースでアップスケールなお店でのバーテンダー経験。 • 昔ながらのものから最新のものまで代表的なお酒（カクテル、スピリッツ、ワイン）の幅広い知識。カリフォルニア産ワイン、日本酒、焼酎の知識がある、または学ぶ意欲があれば尚良し。 • 多様な背景から来るお客様に対応できる接客力や強いコミュニケーション力と対人能力。 • マルチタスク能力。プレッシャーを感じる状況下でも落ち着いて対処できる能力。 • 細部にも注意を払い、清潔で整理整頓された環境を保てる方。 • 英語力がある、または英語が使われる環境の中で働ける程度の英語力を身につけることに興味があれば尚良し。 Requirements: • Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume, upscale establishment • Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, and spirits. Knowledge or desire to learn about California wines, nihonshu, and shochu is a plus. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds • Excellent multitasking abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization • Fluent or working level Japanese language ability; English language proficiency, or the interest in learning enough to work in an English-speaking environment

仕事内容・求める人物	【求める人物像】渋谷にて新しくオープンする個性的なカクテルバーに正社員として加わり、一緒に導いてくれる熱心で実力のあるヘッドバーテンダーを求めています。理想的な候補者はバーテンダーとしての仕事が好きであることはもちろんのこと、他のものと共同し創り上げることを好む方…そして自分の実力を発揮したい方です！代表的なカクテルに関する知識も必要ですが、その他にも日本のことが大好きで、お客様に最高のサービスを提供することへの情熱も必要です。自身の創造性を披露しつつ、人のことを見下すことなく、忍耐強く且つ心地よく他のバーテンダー・スタッフを導くことができる方を探しています。几帳面でありながら、順応性やユーモアのセンスも持ち合わせていることもこのポジションの重要な要素です。基礎レベルの英語を話すことに抵抗がなければより理想的です。採用された場合は５月から勤務開始していただくことになり、バーの開業は６月となります。オープンに備えてバーステーションの設計、メニュー作り、バーテンダーやフロアスタッフの面接、トレーニング、レシピ考案、スタッフ用のマニュアル作成、などの作業をチームの一員として一緒に手掛けていただきます。 Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and passionate full-time Head Bartender to help lead our new unique cocktail bar in Shibuya. Our ideal candidate is not only someone who loves bartending but someone who loves to collaborate and create… someone who wants to show the world what they’re capable of! Of course, you must have a strong knowledge of common and classic cocktails, but we also need you to have a love of Japan and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service. We’re looking for someone patient, at home leading other bartenders/staff without looking down on anyone, and wants to show off their creativity. Punctuality, flexibility to adapt, and a sense of humor are also important aspects of the position. Ideally, you are fluent or at least comfortable speaking some level of working Japanese and basic English. The position would start in May, with the bar opening in June. In preparation for the opening, you will collaborate with our team on bar station layout, menu creation, bartender and wait staff interviewing, training, recipe creation, staff manual creation, etc. 【業務内容】 • 清潔性やサービスを最も高いスタンダードで維持できるよう他のバーテンダーやフロアスタッフを導く。 • チームと協力し、メニューの改定、スペシャルカクテルやノンアルドリンク（マンスリー、季節のもの、特別イベント用など）の考案を定期的に行う。 • 規定のレシピと基準に沿って種類豊富なカクテルやノンアルドリンクを作り、お客様にサーブ。 • フレンドリー且つプロフェッショナルな姿勢で接客し、おすすめを提案したり雑談したり、とお客様によりご満足いただけるサービスを提供。 • バーカウンター裏など作業場を常に清潔に保ち、整理整頓する。材料、調理機器、グラスなどの管理も含む。 • 在庫を管理・把握し、仕入先に注文する作業をアシスト。 • 安全・衛生面の規則に沿って作業をする。責任を持ったお酒の提供も含む。 • チームメートと協力し合って最高の品質基準と一貫性を保つ。 • 制服や身だしなみは常にプロフェッショナルで清潔な状態を保つ。 Responsibilities: • Lead our team of bartenders and servers with enthusiasm to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and service. • Collaborate with our team on offerings, creating monthly/seasonal/special event alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails regularly. • Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established and created recipes and standards • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and engaging in conversation to enhance their experience • Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including proper storage and rotation of ingredients, utensils, and glassware • Monitor inventory levels and assist in placing orders to ensure adequate supplies are on hand • Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, including responsible alcohol service practices • Collaborate with other team members to uphold the highest standards of quality and consistency throughout the establishment • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional 身につくスキル！学べる知識！カクテル技法英会話ワインの知識日本酒の知識お酒（リキュール・ウィスキーなど)の知識食器の知識出店開業ノウハウメニュー開発
