🔪 About this recruitment

Girolomoni Café di Apeのキッチン・サービス全般を担う中心メンバーを募集します。
We are looking for a central member who will be responsible for all kitchen and services at Girolomoni Café di Ape.

仕込み・調理・洗い場・オーダー対応・ドリンク作成など、カフェの運営に関わる全ての業務をお任せしていきます。
We will entrust all the tasks involved in the operation of the cafe, including preparing, cooking, washing areas, ordering, and creating drinks.

まずは、駒場にある本店「ape cucina naturale」での研修からスタート。
First, we started with training at our main store, ape cucina naturale, located in Daikanyama.

そこで、アーペの理念・味・盛りつけなどを学んでいただきます。
There, you will learn about the philosophy, taste, and presentation of Arpe.

（パスタ／デリ／ヘルシードリンク／デザートなど）
(Pasta/Deli/Healthy Drink/Desserts, etc.)

その後、Girolomoni Café di Apeの中核スタッフとして、店舗をリードする存在になっていただきたいと考えています。
After that, we hope that you will become the core staff of the Girolomoni Café di Ape and become a leading store owner.
